Disciplinary Point System
Each Apprentice will start each school year with 50 points; various infractions will result in deductions from an Apprentice’s Points Account. When an Apprentice has depleted all points in his/her account he/she may be immediately terminated from the Apprenticeship Program pending review by the Apprenticeship Coordinator and the ATC.
Each time an Apprentice has points deducted from his/her Points Account, a letter will be sent to the Apprentice and their employer advising him/her of the points deducted, the reason for the deduction, and the total points remaining in his/her Points Account.
