Foreman Skill Training

Building an Effective Leader

This comprehensive two-day training will emphasize job/task analysis and positive reinforcement techniques to preserve employee morale. The instruction is designed to accentuate job-site safety per OSHA standards. Participants will become familiar with leadership-based training skills and will learn to supervise, develop and maintain a Total Safety Culture within their organization.

Course Objectives

Identify the expectations of leadership-based safety requirements.

Motivate employee morale with incentive reinforcements.

Analyze workplace tasks and effectively incorporate hazard control for elimination of those hazards.

Enhance and promote individual accountability in the workplace.

Identify and enforce applicable OSHA safety standards.

Effectively supervise, organize, plan, develop and maintain job-site leadership qualities.
